Interview with Joey, Bob, Anne, Beth, Gary and Cheev
JM: How many meals did you get per day? Joey: 3 meals a day Bob: 3 Anne: Three. Beth: 3 Gary: 3 Beth: 3 they sucked! it is not to feed a dog Cheev: 3 non eatable meals
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why. Joey: Food would get a 7 out of 10 Bob: 1 on a scale of 5, although everything tastes
great after a couple of days due to hunger. Anne: Poor. Beth: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, TASTELESS,JUST
HORRIBLE,LOWEST GRADE OF FOOD. Gary: 3/10. God aweful. I almost threw up every meal. Beth: 0- contaminated Cheev: 0 out of 10 im on dialysis & got a renal meal that
was even worse 4 a dialysis person they gave us
every thing we are not 2 eat
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals? Joey: The meat was always questionable Bob: Chicken was good, peanut butter was best for
lunch; anything filling. The only food I didn't
like was okra- all else was good as long as it
sated my hunger. Anne: No. Beth: HELL NO!!! I DIDNT EAT Gary: processed meat patties were the best. sausage,
hamburgers and
chicken. the worst were the grits, mashed potatoes
and soups. Also
the deli meats they used were often a day short of
going bad and
were always room temperature. Beth: none Cheev: all were bad
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it? Joey: No Bob: No, except for people diagnosed as diabetic. Anne: Yes if you had health issues. Beth: no Gary: commisary. rame, snack pies, jelly packets and
peanut butter. Beth: no Cheev: no
